The history of the company begins in 1994, when our main activity was sawing wood into edged lumber and selling it. Geographically, we are located in the city of Kovrov, Vladimir region

Despite the fact that forests occupy a substantial area in our region, the prevailing majority is long thin-stemmed trees (small-diameter wood), typical for our woodland belt. Therefore, the main equipment need for the region is sawmills, which are designed to process the small-diameter wood.

The city of Kovrov is an industrial city with several of the largest strategic manufacturing enterprises in the Russian Federation, research institutes, design bureaus and educational institutions for training of the relevant personnel. Due to the availability of the necessary personnel and the need to expand the organization in the early 2000s, we have established a parallel line of sawmill equipment production, which focused specifically on the processing of small-diameter wood for our region under the STILET brand

All the STILET line machines are designed by the specialists of our organization, who have an accumulated experience in sawmilling, who understand all the details of woodworking both from a practical and economic points of view. These advantages allowed our trademark to gain industry recognition in the region, as a result of which it became necessary to expand the market beyond our region to all around Russia and neighboring countries.

Nowadays RPE Osnova independently develops and manufactures a line of woodworking machines for small-diameter wood, cross-cut and pendulum-type crosscut saws, multi rip saws, circular sawmills, skid machines and related auxiliary equipment

Our clients are all the regions of the Russian Federation and neighboring countries. The design department improves and optimizes our products daily. At the moment, our main goal is not an accelerated range expansion, but perfecting the current equipment, with the main focus on increasing its quality while maintaining its affordable cost
